Sam and Max are back
Oh yes they are. Your two favourite cartoon characters are back for some new adventures. Telltale games has completed an agreement with Steve Purcell for several new episodes of Sam and Max. There is no set release date for the first game, but it is expected in 2006. After Sam & Max Freelance Police was cancelled, fans can finally continue enjoying Sam and Max.
“Telltale will work in close collaboration with Steve on the Sam & Max releases. Sam & Max are very near and dear to Steve, so he will be very involved in the projects. Although he has a “real” job Steve feels a deep moral obligation to see to it that only the highest quality Sam & Max crap be dispersed into society in an effort to confuse and alarm our most impressionable young citizens. ”
